Are these beds new?
All of the items we sell are new in the box. In fact, most of them are shipped from the manufacturer.
What if it pops?
Although we do not have many problems with holes in air beds, air beds to have a warranty (listed on the product page.) During that time period we will happily replace or repair any damange to the bed. After that period, please consider an air bed patch kit, available from our website for a minimal fee.
